1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7spin.ph ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 7spin.ph platform available at 7spinph.club, including all games, sports betting services, promotions, and related features ("Services").

Age Verification Process

3Account Registration

Account Suspension and Closure

7spin.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) false or misleading information was provided at registration; (b) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; (c) suspicious activity, fraud, or collusion is detected; (d) a valid self-exclusion request has been received; or (e) required verification documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7spin.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; current options are displayed at the cashier section of the platform.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier.

5Bonuses & Promotions

6Game Rules & Fairness

11Dispute Resolution

If your complaint cannot be resolved at the first level, it will be escalated to the 7spin.ph Compliance Department for formal review. You will receive a written response within 14 business days of formal escalation.

Where a dispute relates to a game outcome, the outcome recorded on 7spin.ph's server logs shall constitute the definitive and final record. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally and involves a regulatory matter, it may be referred to PAGCOR as the applicable supervisory authority.

12Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the 7spin.ph platform, or the Services offered therein.
